Our experienced designers will optimise the benefits of factory manufacture to ensure cost-effective solutions for safe and speedy on-site construction. Design is carried out to current codes and unit detailing performed using the latest CAD technology. All our designs are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and warranties can be provided where required.
Mould manufacture, reinforcement fabrication and concrete batching and mixing are all carried out in-house, ensuring that lead times from drawing to unit delivery are minimised. Facilities include a fully equipped joiners shop, automatic link bender for reinforcement, computer controlled batching plant and overhead gantry cranes for product handling.
Project specific quality plans are developed for all contracts to ensure that clients' demands are achieved and that all required documentation is available for the O&M manual. Concrete testing is carried out by an independent UKAS laboratory.
Units are usually supplied with cast-in proprietary lifting anchors for quick and easy off-loading and handling. Lifting clutches can be supplied on request. Deliveries are confirmed in advance to an agreed call-off schedule. All deliveries are undertaken by our sub-contract hauliers to site delivery plans.
