COMPANY HISTORY
Ebor Concretes Ltd has manufactured precast concrete at their Ripon works for over 50 years. Ebor Concretes is a private limited company and part of the Allton Group of Companies. Established in 1942 by the present chairman's father, for the specific purpose of providing much needed employment for local labour returning from the 2nd World War. The original works were built with the help of prisoners of war from the adjacent camp, one of whom stayed on after hostilities had ceased and became the company's first design engineer. During the intervening years the company has established an enviable reputation for the rapid turn round of both quotations and projects.
