Arla Foods - Stourton Leeds   Panels were cast flat using full size steel plate liners, lightly grit blasted to remove any remaining scale and give the plates an etch finish. Lifting anchors were hidden in both the panel sides and top to save any making good after demoulding and installation. Approximately 5000 square metres of 155mm thick pre-cast panels were supplied (majority being 2400mm wide x 8500mm high) incorporating access doors and service ducts suitable for the direct application of a hygienic paint finish.
