Vacancies at Ebor Concretes Ltd JOINER Joiner required to work at our Ripon factory. Duties include the manufacture of bespoke timber moulds for the production of precast concrete items. Applicants must be fully qualified and experienced in the use of panel, cross cut, band saws and planer thicknesser machinery. We will consider applications from improver joiners. Previous experience of the precast concrete industry is an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Company operates an annual productivity bonus scheme. This vacancy will have a 3 month trial period. Overtime available and essential during busy production periods. This will be at time and a half after 39 hours and double time Saturday (conditions apply). MOBILE PLANT OPERATOR Telehandler driver required for various tasks at our precast concrete factory in Ripon. Duties include loading and unloading using forks and bucket, movement of precast items from factory to stock yard using towed trailers and assisting in all departments with their daily duties. Some relevant experience with similar machines required although full training will be given. This vacancy will have a 3 month trial period. Overtime is available and essential during busy production periods. This will be at time and a half after 39 hours and double time Saturday (conditions apply). TRAINEE CASTERS AND GENERAL LABOURERS Previous experience of the precast concrete industry is an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Duties include general labouring tasks and learning all aspects of concrete component production. Company operates an annual productivity bonus scheme. This vacancy will have a 3 month trial period. FINISHER Previous experience of the precast concrete industry is an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Duties indude general labouring tasks within the loading and finishing department and learning all aspects of concrete finishing. This position constitutes mostly outdoor working.
